exceptional service

I recently opened a business account for a community interest company I have just registered which supports vulnerable children and adults through grief and trauma. Being through it myself and falling victim to finacially difficult times it had an adverse affect on my credit score which meant Metro was only going to be able to offer me a cash card. But due to the understanding and I think empathy of the managers aftrr reviewing my circumstances they were able to go ahead and open the business account. Which means I can of course operate the business and help this vulnerable section of the community. Extremely grateful.
