Breath of Fresh Air

After all the hassle we've had with other business bank accounts it such a breath of fresh air to find a bank which employs all of the old fashioned principles of 'the customer is king'. At last we are back to the good old days when you could speak to an actual person face to face instead of an automated program, Metro bank is a bank of today that has all the modern technology but it employs old fashioned and much missed personal touches that are really missing today. Open on Sundays too! What's not to like? Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
