Safe secure bank - easy to contact

Metro bank has been great in their security measures as they have contacted me when there was a suspicious transaction on my account, I had to call Metro Bank at 2’oclock in the morning and I was still able to get through to someone and resolve the issue as it had caused my account to have a block on it. In whole, Metro bank advisors have been able to advise me on which account would be best for me as this is my first bank that I have been with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
