First class customer services.

The branch in Cambridge were able to set a new card for my account immediately. I have never had that level of service from any other bank. MetroBank is a friendly, customer centred bank. They understand better than any other bank how people's working lives are complicated and sometimes we need a face to face conversation with a bank. Being open over a weekend is just one sign of a progressive bank thinking about its customers needs. MetroBank are a modern bank adapting to a modern world.
