Metro Bank - Customer Service

I have been banking with Metro for a number of years and found them to be very customer friendly especially when visiting the bank in person, they never is a sense of being rushed when you need to speak to someone. I have also had a pleasant experience while banking with them. Very personal service and always informative. Handle queries and solutions in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
