Easy, accessible and excellent customer service!

Metro is the most accessible bank to use. It is not only open 9-5, Monday to Friday, but also at times when people can actually visit a branch to solve any problems they may be having. Every problem I have had with Metro has been easy to solve and is solved by a wonderful team, who are kind and willing to go above and beyond. There is barely a waiting time, as they are well staffed, and all staff are incredibly knowledgeable. I could not recommend Metro highly enough. It's easy, accessible and friendly. I am very pleased I dropped my previous bank for Metro! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
