Highly Recommended, Reliable & Relevant - With a Personal Touch.

I have experienced a number of banks over the many years I have been in business but without doubt Metro Bank is head and shoulders above the rest in terms of service, online functionality and most importantly supported by personal and friendly Metro Bank representatives whether on the phone or in the branch. It is great having a bank on the high street with accessible staff and a counter for when necessary. Everything is executed promptly and efficiently and I have had no issues both online and in the branch. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
