Simple superb service

In store, over the phone or via web chat. metro Bank is always there to help and it’s incredibly convenient as it’s open early till late and 7 days a week! I’ve lost my card a few times and dread waiting 3/4 days for the post. But at metro it’s just 5-10 minutes while it points in store! I love that. I was once able to arrange an overdraft over the phone which was easy and I had very polite customer service after all the security and credit checks Etc. Fraud is really well protected against and easy to unblock and get money back if taken for real! Best bank I’ve ever been with! Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
