Great care and ease with Metro

Been with Metro Bank for about 9 years, always a pleasure to deal with them, from in store customer service, where you feel human, comfortable and respected, to on the phone where there very professional and considerate and prompt, issues have always been dealt with on a very timely and unstressful matter. Would always recommend as they are great. Don't mind if I don't win, just giving credit were credit is due Good luck from a happy customer :). Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
