Do not care about long term customers and credit facility even after over 5 years of banking

I dislike your banking setup. I have been with you for over 5 years and I can’t access any credit facilities to grow my business. You simply do not care about our existence. I even got a credit card from Barclays but my own bank there is so many hoops to fly over even after over 5 years of banking with you. I do not recommend Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
