Helpful, friendly and accessible

I became a Metro customer 10 years ago and have never regretted it. I don’t have much brand loyalty elsewhere on the high street. This is different. The customer service remains excellent. I always know I will be able to get stuff done in person and that someone will take ownership of seeing things through. Same for over the phone. Really polite and friendly staff in an unforced way. Much better layout in bright and breezy branches than other banks helps make a visit relaxing. Their app and online banking are equally excellent but I much prefer being able to speak to someone in person. It’s always with a really friendly person who never makes you feel rushed and opening times are really flexible. I don’t remember ever having gone to get in touch and not been able to. I also find the bright signage helpful. I can see where I am heading a mile a way. Please don’t change what you are doing!! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
