Straightforward to access and use; good support service

I operate a Metro Bank account for a small charity, supporting work in Romania. Since transferring the account to Metro Bank a few years ago, I have always found it easy to access the account details, make payments, etc by mobile phone and by desktop PC. On the few occasions I have needed help with an issue, the telephone support arrangements are good and efficient. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
