Stores are open 7 days a week, from early morning until later evening so no problem to pop in-store before or after work or at weekends Staff are extremely helpful & friendly & your never left waiting to see someone Best thing ever! No lengthy waiting for new cards to be delivered by post, you can get a new one in-store same day, fabulous! Online banking is easy to navigate & efficient, with security extras for online purchases too When you call Metro Bank for assistance there's no lengthy hanging on the phone to speak to someone, this service is quick & the customer service staff are knowledgeable, understanding & more than willing to help with your inquiry Lastly initially opening an account online with Metro Bank is so simple, providing you have all the documents required & can upload them.
