Quick and efficient minimal faff

I am a really forgetful person and I often loose my bank card. With metro bank I can easily acquire a new card and pin in a day as cards are made in store. The costumer service is stellar the staff are always helpful and they have a good system where if the wait is going to be long they give u a code and take ur number so they can call u back meaning u can wait in your car or go shopping.
