Quick, efficient and straightforward

I researched a number of different organisations for a personal loan and had not heard of ratesetter before. I researched then and liked their ethos. I received a very reasonable interest rate, I also looked into their customer service and ethic and felt comfortable to go ahead. The process was straightforward and appropriate.
