Review of the Metro Bank, Credit Card:

Excellent

After a bit of a complication on completion of payment in full of my credit card. I went into the branch, which is well staffed and my problem was dealt with in an understanding, polite, helpful and tenacious manner. I believe the feedback I gave about the issue and how to stop it happening again was listened to. The Branch was well staffed with convenient opening hours, which is more than can be said for other High Street Banks. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
