Great customer service

When I first applied the agent was very helpful. I couldn’t complete the application on line as I had put something wrong because I had a lodger. She explained everything, put it right and my application continued. She also gave advice on flat roofs and what would be needed in the future. The renewal quote was competitive and so I renewed. Sine my first experience I have not needed to contact them. I find the seasonal newsletters very helpful and informative. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Incredible interest rate and excellent customer service.
