Fantastic customer service

I walked into many high street branches with my young 6 year old son before walking into Metro to open an account for his savings from family. I kept being put off to either book an appointment, apply online or open an adult account. But in Metro, I was seen straight away, my son was given colouring, and we were shown how to use the kids coin machine. My son also received a kids gift bag with money activities and a piggy bank. I’m sure from his positive experience as a child, he will continue to bank with Metro when he grows into an adult in the future. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
