Not come across anything like it

I was looking to explore guarantor mortgages or equity release to help my adult son buy. As I have no cash savings, guarantor wasn't an option and I was advised against equity Release. I found Tembo who explained various retirment mortgage options. Eventually (after many appointments) I took out a loan of £40,000 against my property to gift a deposit to Ben.
