Informative and quick to respond

Whenever I've had issues with my account (needing to change my bank account attached to my Nutmeg account for example) they have been super quick to respond whilst also being as informative as possible. I get monthly updates about the markets which lets me know exactly why my money is performing as it is. For someone who is not the most financially literate, as a company they are educational and reassuring. Exactly what I want from people handling my money and my pension. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
