Superb customer service

I have been a customer of admiral car insurance for 10 years. They are always extremely competitive at renewal, matching any alternative quotes I have found. It is quick to get through on the phone and they are always polite and do not make the process difficult. That is why I have remained a loyal customer. No problems

I had a credit card with tesco bank and got an offer sent through for 0% purchase card. It was easy to apply for it online and the app on my phone shows both cards separately and is easy to do everyday transactions using it and set up the direct debit Reviewed on: 24th December 2016

Covered For Life

PetPlan offers Cover for Life and it really does mean this. The problem with so many other pet insurance companies is that they have limits for specific illnesses and then they are excluded after a claim. But this allows you to renew the benefit each year. Having made a claim on the policy, it was easy to do through my vets who filled in all the details and sent it off. Another reason to choose PetPlan is they are very trusted and respected by vets, who know they will pay out without quibbles and in my experience this has been the case; the premium did not even go up loads afterwards as might have been expected.
