Customer convenience

Biggest plus is its the only bank you can find a branch on many high streets unlike others.. Lloyds, Nationwide, Santander etc forcing customers to bank online only!!!! Convenient opening hours, love that you can go in and collect your card avoiding delays in receiving as experienced over last few months with Royal mail strikes. Helpful staff.
