Worst Credit Card Security Process

I had been sent letters about balance transfer offer so wanted to take advantage of consolidating my other credit card debts. 1st went fine but when I tried to complete another I was directed to the app but was blocked when I was asked a previous address in Bristol, I gave my previous address but they told me the information was incorrect and that I was then blocked from accessing the and told I needed to wait for a letter where I would be told how I go provided proof of address and photo ID. After nearly a month and 4 calls, I even raised a compliant I’m still blocked from my account told I need to find photocopier so I can I prove who I say I am. Terrible customer service because I’ve been promised 3 times the letter had been sent to be told today I don’t need to wait for (which was still not sent even) I received an acknowledgment of my compliant made over 2 weeks ago. Very poor processes I would strongly recommend any other credit over this one Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
