Up-to-date online banking and good customer service

I used to bank with NatWest at Holborn Circus branch. However, moving to the West Midlands over 20 years ago meant leaving behind a great branch. With the 2 NatWest branches in Malvern closing, online banking became paramount. All my banking is carried out online and on the rate occasion I need the assistance of a staff member, I find customer service give an excellent service. Online banking has improved in leaps and bounds and I feel I am using this in the best way. Often, banking customers are encouraged to change banks which I have never been tempted to do. I am very happy with the service NatWest gives. Reviewed on: 11th March 2023
