Unsure as pensions are confusing!

I have a small pension here from a secondary job. Whilst I accept it isn't as good as my NHS pension, it perhaps doesn't seem like it will be as fruitful as my NHS one. The online service is good, with lots of information though. Easy to change beneficiaries, age to claim pension etc - much easier than NHS pensions! Lots of emails too, whereas nothing from NHS Pensions! Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Good scheme, just so confusing

A very good scheme but I still find pensions confusing with little in the way of actually meaningful explination. The Total Rewards Statement is good and does help to simplify things though with projections etc. It seems somewhat difficult to update beneficiaries though by having to post forms in etc. Perhaps use online more for this Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Great app, shame branches have to close

The app is great! You can check your credit rating on there and it holds loads of information. It also suggests how to improve your rating. It always seems to get better with the app. As I said though, shame about the branches closing for people who perhaps depend upon visiting a branch and aren't online or need to use a counter service. Although, being able to use the Post Office is good, but maybe needs promoting more. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Easy to use website

I use the site a lot to review my mortgage and they seem to keep adding new functions. Any company is difficult to get through to on the phone, so using online facilities helps. I like the way you can use a debit card now to pay off some of your mortgage now, much easier than ringing in! Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Friendly staff and great app!

I love Plum! I had always wanted to try investing, but other sites were too confusing. Plum allows you to invest in an easy and fun way! No fees either. They feel different from the usual banks/investors. I have contacted them a lot with queries and suggestions and I'm amazed at how receptive they are, its almost like you are speaking to a friend rather than a member of staff! I like all the various ways of investing on the app from round-up to rainy days. The 'brain' fun... Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
