Having access to service in the branch is extremely helpful, expecially with the extended banking hours Metro Bank provide. The on-line business banking was made simple and clear. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

Branch is open later in day and all weekend. Branch has staff avialable to speak with about any of their services and maintains a full counter service. Debit card issues are resolved in the branch. Reviewed on: 13th March 2023
