Let down again by HSBC

Asked to have my existing premier customer Mtg deal extended with addional loan. Was told online, 'yes', was told in interview 'yes', but then they didn't underwrite it, no counter offer. Overall very poor service by HSBC across so many aspects, even though I am, well was, a premier customer. Stay clear Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Had been bossed around for a mtg by HSBC. Went to Mojo, far fewer documents, efficient process, no hour-long interviews. All sorted in a week. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
