Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Good service overall!

Tide has been overall very accommodating, and the set up process was very efficient. The app and web was clear the use from the start and customer service is nice and fast during regular working hours. A few unexpected issues I did deal with is during my travels aboard during winter holidays, the actual emergency support I needed was delayed for several days when my card was not working for international payment. The monthly fee is a tad high honestly. Lastly my attempt to activate tide app on a secondary newer phone keeps crashing every time It’s processing the scan of ID, so many times that I have given up.
