Great Service, Easy to Use

As an immigrant, Monzo is a lifesaver. It's difficult to adjust to a new country, and setting up a bank account is never straight forward. Monzo made it easy to set up an account. I have a joint account with my wife, and we can easily track our finances through the phone app. The app is very user friendly, and it organises meaningful information into the app. Customer service is great. I've had to apply for visas and needed paperwork mailed to me. Monzo went above and beyond to easily mail us the necessary documents. I really like Monzo and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to manage their money well. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023

Review of the Tide, Business Banking:

Easy setup, easy to use, great service!

Tide was a lifesaver when I first started my company. Traditional banks had very long procedures with registering for business banking, high fees, and lots of paperwork. It took me 5 minutes to set up my Tide account. I also was on the pay as you go plan, so I didn't have to spend money on banking if I wasn't using it. The app is very easy to use, and Tide integrates seamlessly with my accountancy software (FreeAgent). The only downside is not being able to pay in cheques. Apart from that, it's a great experience, and I heartily recommend Tide to any business. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
