A solid experience with Tide

I've been subject to fraud on my Tide business account twice and both times Tide have covered any losses and acted appropriately when needed. My only complaint regarding the process is that unless you have a plus account or better, you do not have access to phone support which in my opinion is vital when you're in the midst of being defrauded and action can be taken to prevent further damage. I solved this issue by upgrading my account at the moment I needed to speak to support urgently. Not an ideal solution given the messenger support takes quite some time to get a response and my situation was urgent. A dedicated phone line for reporting fraud, accessible regardless of your Tide account level, would be a sensible solution. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
