Absolutely unacceptable experience.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. My complaint was formally upheld, and it was agreed that my finance agreement would be unwound and a refund issued within 7–10 working days once the vehicle was returned. The car has now been collected and returned to the dealer, and despite this, I have not received any of the refund I am owed. I have contacted my case handler multiple times by email and attempted to call using the extension provided, but have received no response whatsoever. I have now been left with no option but to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. This level of communication and failure to implement an agreed resolution is extremely disappointing. I would expect a company of this size to honour its own commitments and keep customers informed throughout the process. Reviewed on: 30th March 2026
