Easy to use but no over the phone customer service

I think the app is great and simple to use for someone like myself who isn’t a great lover of all this online banking / invoicing the only thing I’ve really struggled with is there is no one to speak to on the end of the phone, so for example I’ve purchased an email/domain when setting this all up and still have no idea how to use it as there is no one to speak to, I’ve googled it and tried the online chat you have where no one even replied to me, other than that, not a lot else to report Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
