Customer-focused and easy to use.

Chase savings are brilliant. Passing on the higher interest rates to customers automatically, without convoluted exemptions like its competitors. When the BOE raises interest rates, Chase is responsive and adjusts rates accordingly. UX is easy to use and all-in-all, a seamless experience. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
