Sorted a retail online refund through the message service, actually speaking with a person rather than a bot. Love the instant messaging when purchasing or transferring funds to your account. The competitive interest rates on saving and the round up account… not to forget the 1% cash back on all your spending make the Chase account perfect for todays personal finance management . Easy to use, customer first banking

Iv had Chase for around 12 months now, as a frequent traveler it makes life so much easier when dealing with foreign currency. The cash back on all purchases is also a great advantage of using Chase. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
