Your money is safe with Chase

An online only bank only I trust impeccably to take care of my savings. Customer service is excellent, the chat service actually works and a knowledgeable agent is a minute away from any questions you may have. Security is high…which is paramount and the account was very easy to set up with clear instructions. Chase UK is a very safe bank and is under the umbrella of Chase bank in the USA, one of the largest banks in America so your money is safe. Obviously £85,000 is backed by the government should the bank be hit by any problem but highly unlikely with Chase…one of the best banks in the world. The customer service agents are also contactable by telephone for those who prefer to speak with a human. I’m so pleased I made the move to Chase and can highly recommend them 10/10 Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Excellent responsive Customer care

I opened a Chase account for my savings and am very happy with the level of service and how easy it is to operate the online account. With Customer service, which is second to none, what’s not to like? Ok interest % could be a little better but it still beats many banks, unless you get a preferential rate.
