User friendly

The savings account is very easily accessible, so it is very user friendly. The interest rate is the highest that I know is offered for savings accounts. You can set targets and track your account's progress easily with their graphs. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Innovative and practical

The chase banking experience is unlike any other one. You can tell they built it from scratch with customer experience in mind, rather than having an old platform that they would keep updating - as other banks do. It's very intuitive to use and has all these extra features that other banks don't offer. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
