Love to save with Chase

I love that I can see the savings we have building month on month, helping us through the cost of living crisis in the UK. Being able to deposit & see that money appear within seconds. Being able to move money from the bank account to the savings account & in reverse. Everything just works so smoothly, no waiting days. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

24/7 support regardless of the question

This bank has all the right staff, all the right accounts & the very best support. I've yet to ask a question regardless of the time of day or night, whether I'm in the UK or abroad & not receive a quick response, the answer of support & leave feeling I made the right choice. The best & fasted bank around

I've been with Chase since the very early days. The accounts I have are very speedy at raising the interest rates, if I put in or move monies from other accounts, Chase often informs me of the movement before the other bank notices. I've had to deal with real people online who understood & fully aware of the issue that was resolved within minutes. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
