Great customer service

The app is great. The benefits that go with the current account are fabulous - interest on balances, round up which also pays interest. Great customer service - always a representative on hand to talk to. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Brilliant bank

I have had a chase current account for almost a year. The app is so easy to use. It's great getting 1% on most purchases and the round up facility it very rewarding - 5% on all round up purchases, so it soon mounts up. It is so safe, the card details are stored on the app. The customer service is great, too. You can chat online to a customer service provider any time night or day and there's always someone there to answer your query. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
