Great customer service and good features

The app experience is stable and covers the basics well. I like how Chase keeps you up to date with new features and regular tips on money management. It doesn't take long to get through to customer services either unlike some other banks. There's still some way to go though, for example, you can't deposit cash or cheques into the bank, so you do need another bank for that. But nevertheless, still a fantastic newcomer to banking!
