Okay for basic but missing core banking functionalities

Poor service if you want core banking functionalities, such as transferring large lump sums to another bank account. Good front end but poor backend (no faster payments nor chaps, Chase needs to email the recipient bank to process payments). Very stressful experience if you need to take out large sums urgently.
