Great service great account

Have needed to contact the Bank’s service team on 2 occasions . My queries were dealt with very efficiently . The advisor gave me his name to go back to if I had any more problems . The banking app is well set out ,easy to use and excellent value with 1% cash back on debit card expenditure and an excellent savings interest rate .
