Their App is excellent - intuitive and easy to use.

Their App is excellent - intuitive and easy to use. It's so much better than the other banking apps. They have managed to get the alerts and notifications right - they come through in real time. Again, so much better than the other banks which have a delay. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Best App out there!

I was a bit dubious about App only banking but, I took out an account with Chase when I had a trip out of the UK to take (commission free foreign transactions - worldwide). My experience has been great - user focused and intuitive - it's a great App and I've now switched to using Chase for all my everyday spending. In app verification of online purchases also makes me happy from a security point. Big question is why don't all banks do this? Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
