First time investor and it was the only platform that made it easy together started and give it a try (create ETF, set schedule, etc). Unsure on customer service, but the comments from other users gave the confidence to try it. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2026

Easy to use, Good functionality

The app is so easy to use compared to other banks, you can easily move money between Current and Savings accounts, create payees and make payments. I especially like you can create separate Savings accounts to divide out your money for certain tasks (and different colours, icons to make it easy to manage). And the added bonus for interest and cash-back makes Chase the go-to bank of choice right now. Thanks! Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
