Not reliable card service! Like a joke!

I applied for a Barclaycard online and got a message saying they needed more information. I called them several times but no one answered. It's been over a month and I still don't know if I'm approved or not. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Barclaycard has the worst customer service ever! Barclaycard is a joke! They keep doing soft searches on my credit file even after I sent them a GDPR letter to stop. They are damaging my credit score and violating my privacy rights. Super recommend!

I've been using Chase UK bank's current account for a few months now and I'm very happy with it. It has some amazing features that make banking easy and rewarding. First of all, I love the 1% cashback on debit card spending for the first year. It's much better than some credit card offers and it adds up quickly. I can use it for anything I want, from groceries to online shopping. Secondly, the current account has a nice AER of 0.01%, which is higher than some other banks. It also comes with a free savings account that pays more than 3% AER on balances. That's a great way to save money without any fees or hassle. Thirdly, the round-up feature helps me save even more by automatically transferring my spare change to my savings account every time I use my debit card. It's like having a digital piggy bank that grows with every purchase. Finally, the customer service is excellent. Whenever I have a question or an issue, I can call them and speak to a real person instead of a bot. They are friendly, helpful and efficient.
