A first class bank

Easy to first joint Chase bank. App works very smoothly and details presented for transactions are light years ahead of any other banking app I've used. Like the Round up saving account. Also have a savings account, though the rate is not the best. On the occasions I've had to contact customer service they have been excellent. A great bank and app!!!

Easy to sign up to and in the early days I contacted their service agents. Responses were excellent, much quicker than I expected. The interest that they provide on their accounts is excellent on the features are imaginative. Their app is class leading IMO. Easy to use and very informative in data provided. Excellent product with reactive rate increases

Linked to current account so easy to move money in and out. Very reactive to bank of england rate rises and offering a very competitive rate for an instant access savings account. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Excellent accounts with good rewards

Very quick and easy to set up the account and a savings account. Both offer very competitive rates and features. App is very easy to use. Have dealt with Chase Customer Services on several occasions and quick to get a reaction and excellent service provided. Am mature in years but Chase have turned out to be a surprise in how good they are compared to all the other banks/accounts that I have used. Can't recommend enough. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
