Savings, ease of use and customer service.

Since I have had my chase account I have only had to contact customer service twice, but each time I had instant and extremely helpful service! My savings account has great interest and is so easy to transfer money in and out of. The whole app in general is the easiest most comfortable banking app I’ve ever used. Ease of use, great interest.

I have only started using Chase recently and have found that the payment systems and mobile app are extremely well laid out. The interest rates are very good and fair in regards to the savings account, the roundup and the current account cashback deal I have for the first 12 months. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
