Great online banking experience

Great experience with the app, very easy to use; excellent interest rate; love the round-up feature; wonderful customer service. I get regular updates about all activity on the account. I would recommend to anyone, particularly if you are new to banking in the UK. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Great banking experience

Having moved recently from the USA, Chase Bank has been amazingly helpful in providing banking services which other banks couldn't (or wouldn't) offer. The app is incredibly easy to use; there are always agents ready to help by phone when needed; and I feel the security is extremely good. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024
