Teething problems dealt with!!

Early in my dealings with Chase I had a couple of teething problems. Customer service was up to speed and dealt with the situation swiftly and efficiently with understanding and professionalism. Refreshing change from my previous banking experiences. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Refreshingly simple

Having been a mainstream UK bank customer for the majority of my fairly lengthy life, I was intrigued to learn more about "app banking". I almost went for another option until I learned that it was part of HSBC - no thank you! Chase has been, without a doubt, a pleasant and rewarding experience. Simple to set up and use.
