Chase is the easiest account to use

I've had a Chase current account for a couple of years and use it as my main account. Its useful as I can use it in the UK and abroad and not have to think about changing currency. Its easy to use, I like the cashback option and find the service support prompt and helpful. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026

Choose Chase, you won’t be sorry you did!

As an app, although I was happy with the interest rate and cash back, I thought there would be little in the way of actual support however I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered the chat facility. Not just a bot but a real person took care of my issue and resolved things for me. The app is easy to use, interest rate is good and being able to use the card abroad is a big bonus. Excellent bank, great interest rates

I opened my account as my daughter suggested it would be beneficial as she's recently opened one and was really happy with both the savings interest rate and the round up facility in the current account. The app is easy to use, the real-time spending verification is reassuring and I'm very happy with the bank so far. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023
