Excellent interest rates and responsive

The app is easy to use, Chase responds to interest rate rises promptly and pays considerably more than other banks. Their customer service team is responsive, efficient and competent - refreshing, thank you! Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

A real person answers the phone!

The only bank that actually answers the phone in person, in less than 1 minute, and actually solves your problems - a refreshing change from constantly hearing from other banks that 'your call is important to us' when clearly it is not! Reviewed on: 14th April 2024
